Hi, I'm

I'm currently a Platform Software Engineer at Masterpoint, a boutique cloud infrastructure engineering firm. I work across the full spectrum of engineering organizations, ranging from seed-funded startups and post-unicorn companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.

I architect, build, and operate cloud infrastructure systems on AWS and Azure. I especially enjoy the work that brings order to messy platforms. Whether it's a greenfield environment, a legacy modernization, or an on-premises to cloud migration, I'm drawn to the challenge of taking something tangled and making it optimal, automated, and scalable. My work also spans the worlds of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), which ranges from self-service infrastructure, developer experience tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to observability stacks (Datadog), disaster recovery, and the governance and security layers that keep complex systems running safely and efficiently.

I also contribute to open source, most recently to the HashiCorp Terraform AWS Provider and Cloud Posse Terraform modules.

Previously, I worked as a full stack application software engineer. Outside of work, I enjoy racket sports (especially badminton 🏸), biking 🚲, and skateboarding 🛹. My favorite combo: skateboarding around to spots in the city (currently based in 📍 Philadelphia, PA) and filming shots with my drone.
